গত বছর ৭ সেপ্টেম্বর এএফপিতে আমার একটা ইনভেস্টিগেটিভ রিপোর্ট প্রকাশিত হয়েছিল যে, কীভাবে ভুয়া বিশেষজ্ঞদের নামে হাসিনা সরকারের নানান ধরনের ‘উন্নতির এবং পলিসির’ প্রশংসা করে দেশি-বিদেশি বড় বড় পত্রিকায় ১২০০-এর অধিক আর্টিকেল ছাপিয়ে আসছিল। যদিও সেই রিপোর্টে সব ভুয়া বিশেষজ্ঞদের তালিকা প্রকাশ করা হয়নি। নিচে ওই ৩৫ ভুয়া বিশেষজ্ঞের নাম দিচ্ছি;

Doreen Chowdhury: (a doctoral researcher at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands)

Shoumik Malhotra: (Research Associate at the Center for Border Studies, O.P Jindal Global University)

Dr Sabera Chowdhury: (senior researcher at South Asian Studies in the University of Toronto, Canada).

Nanziba Mahmood: (currently pursuing Ph.D. at the University of Delaware).

Nandita Roy: (Ph.D. candidate in refugee affairs at Griffith University in Queensland).

Mehjabin Maliha Hossain: (pursuing her doctoral studies at National University of Singapore).

Dr. Shafik A. Rahman: (a Postdoctoral Fellow, International Relations of Southeast Asia at the National University of Singapore).

John Rozario: (completed a master’s degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University in International Relations. He is a researcher, strategic and international affairs analyst).

Fumiko Yamada: (currently a Research Fellow in Bangladesh Studies at the University of Melbourne, Australia).
